Study design: A pilot study of a pragmatic, prospective, cluster (regions) randomized controlled trial comparing the ARC navigation model to usual care in supporting community members access health enabling resources to address needs related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Objective: We will evaluate whether the approach to implement the ARC navigation services that is planned in this study is feasible and to evaluate the potential benefit of the ARC navigation services.
